Paying Through LawPay
Enter the amount provided by our team. In the Reference field, include the client’s name and any invoice or matter reference we have asked you to use.
Choose from the payment methods available in the portal.
Credit card payments include a 2.5% processing fee. Debit card payments do not include this fee.
Before submitting, check your payment details and review the total, including any fees displayed for your selected payment method. Save your payment confirmation for your records.

Paying Over Time With Affirm
You can explore financing for your legal fees through Pay Later, powered by Affirm, within our LawPay portal.
Select Pay Later and complete the application using your own personal device. If approved, review the available terms, interest rate, payment schedule, and total repayment amount before accepting a loan. Approval is not guaranteed.
Affirm Financing Disclosures
Rates from 0–36% APR, based on credit. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required.

Review the state consumer notices and Affirm terms. Financing is available to individual U.S. consumers; business entities cannot use this option for commercial financing.
Already Have an Affirm Loan?
Make your loan repayments through your Affirm account or the Affirm app. Please do not use Montagna Law’s payment button to make an installment payment on an existing Affirm loan.
